Trevor Bannister - 1934-2011
British actor Trevor Bannister, who became famous as Mr Lucas on Are You Being Served?, has died. Bannister worked primarily on stage and television, featuring in serials as diverse as The Avengers, Z Cars, and The Saint. His stage work saw him appear in a number of productions, including Billy Liar and Move Over, Mrs Markham. Recently, he became a regular on the television series Last of The Summer Wine.
Mr Bannister passed away on April 14th, in Surrey, England, aged 76.
