Look, I get why critics didn’t like it – I mean, it’s incredibly generic and some of the plot twists I could see coming (and normally I NEVER pick ’em) – but with its cobbled-together schtick and resoundingly generic musical score, I still had fun. Stupid, but stupidly diverting.
