Yeah, a re-edit becomes somewhat trickier if you're aiming at a single film entity. I'd have the backend of the film loaded with brawls, perhaps avoid the switching timeframes and maintain a more linear narrative overall (not entirely, but mostly).

I think the film works superbly as a whole, rather than two individual parts too. I agree, the opening film is the stronger of the two, but the Bride and Elle's fight in Bud's trailer takes this film to a whole 'nother level.

Each to their own, I guess – the Superman bit was okay, but felt out of place for what these two kinds of character might be – or should be – talking about. Just my opinion, mind. Still, I did enjoy KB2 more now than I did back when it first came out. Definitely better.
