Well….I watched “The Artist” other day and i must say, it was very boring. Its true what they tell in the movie…One should let go the old and welcome new. The action and reactions that keeps you glued in the first 20 minutes simply disappears into a boring saga of love that has been told thousand times before.

“Drive” according to me was very slow. Many a times i had to check if the CD was suck But the performances by Ryan and Carey were really good.

The Descendants and Midnight in Paris were simply the best entertainer of the year with right mix of drama, comedy and sense. The Ides Of March was well written too. Still got to watch tinker spy but I liked the mixed emotions of George Clooney in the Descendants.

Janet McTeer in Albert Nobbs was very good for a supporting role.

The help seems to me very overrated with actors over acting EXCEPT Voila Davis who has given as usual a very controlled performance. She is too good.

Johnson looks like a tank in this, just when you thought he couldn’t get any bigger he seems to find some extra muscle tissue somewhere.

Worst part is he is doing it on his way to the bank. How do people keep supporting him is beyond me, movie wise I’m done with him. I could look past the cartoony aspect of Ewoks in Return of the Jedi, I could turn a blind eye to Han Solo shifting head and the ruining of the character’s essence as a rebel. I could ignore the stupid CGI additions of cartoonish characters added into the cantina scene and smiliar in the originals.

What did it for me and I also remember groaning in the theatre when it happened was midichlorians (sp?)…I shat myself with disgust. The only reason I saw the other 2 prequels was in the hopes that I would see a better SW film….sadly…that never happened.

He keeps raping his trilogies and has no idea wtf he is doing aside from milking the merchandise beast.

Also, George is stuck in Prequels…why the fuck does the Star Wars universe keep ending after Luke defeats Darth Vader? There’s so much more that can be explored, but no, he keeps doing prequel after prequel.

“what happened before A New Hope?”, “I’ll make 3 movies to show you.”

“What happened after Return of the Jedi?”, “I’ll make series that follow Anakin and Obi before revenge of the Sith!”

“I’m George Lucas, I can only make film, TV, media etc stuck int he god dam Clone Wars era! HERP DERP!!!!”

George, nobody fucking cares about Anakin/darth Vader anymore after you basterdized your god dam films. Give me a new Director with rights to use your ideas and a heart warming tale of the years after Return of the Jedi and the rise of a New Sith legion ….there is always good and there is always evil.

Why the fuck does it end!?!? WHY!?!?!?! EXPAND YOUR UNIVERS beyond the books because I hate books but I love film. I am not alone.
