  1. So happy for Spike Jonze, I really hope he wins the Oscar for screenplay. I've not seen Her yet as it doesn't come out in the UK until Feb, but it seems like a deserving winner. Plus, I wasn't the biggest fan of American Hustle. Looking forward to seeing Leto sweep up these awards, he's my supporting actor win. Not a big fan of Amy Adams as an actress, but her speech was lovely.

    1. I"m waiting to see HER too mate, I keep hearing great things about it, so I am buzzing that Jonze snagged a GG for his scripting. I didn't like Where The Wild Things Are, but I've enjoyed everything else he's done thus far. Not a fan of Amy Adams? Hmm…. I thought she was terrific in American Hustle (or at least her boobs were… LOL!!) and deserved to score a gong, although I haven't see all the films her competition was in, so I can't judge…

    1. Agreed, Dan. I'm still waiting to see 12 Years A Slave, but the buzz it's been generating has me excited. Hopefully in the next week or so…..
